Hopefully he does see this 37 likes already in and now 3 comments I just hope he doesn't forget to put sound insulation on the floor and roof of the truck they vibrate a lot when you get some real power numbers around 3k watts and up it is bad without it
Skar is absolutely Horrible for real bass. It’s a good starter sub to get you bass but it’s not really meant to be pushed hard and have you back glass shaking
Ive always tuned my systems with the windows down and have found that doing it that way turns out good and requires less volume to be turned up through the headunit. My old system only needed to be turned up to 5 for casual listening, 10 for loud and 15 for max volume input
It can make a huge difference in the way the system sounds. Having it playing wider ranges of frequencies. Also, a bandpass crossover is good for adjusting hz’s. From protecting your speakers from tweaters, mids, subwoofers from preventing them from playing frequencies that can mess up the speakers. Frequencies meaning when the base hits from lower frequencies up to the upper level subwoofers should go to. Making it sound the best that it can sound.
Hell yeah bro sounds good I just got me a 89 Chevy 1500 gotta install the new radiator plugs terminals and battery tomorrow and hopefully she purrs 👌 I can already tell she gonna be loud she gots a old rusted cherry bomb on it 😂
Have you checked the hertz(hz) on it from the adjusting it on the stereo’s settings, adjusting the amp so it works well with what hertz you set on the stereo.
Sounds good man. I put dual skar 8s in one of my vehicle, having dual subs help balance out and make the low/mids sound good. Even though the 8s are smaller than 15 they hit hard, and I like my lows lol.
Not bad. You did a good job. But Kenwoods can go full volume without clippin (distortion). Once you upgrade the factory speakers, it will sound amazing.
A lot of factory sound systems are pretty decent sounding, but they almost all are lacking in the bass department. Adding a subwoofer is usually the first thing most people do to really improve the sound. My dad's 80 and drives a stock 2014 taurus. I decided to throw in an amp and a 12-inch ported sub just to see how he likes it and the system sounds 10 times better. I thought he'd keep the bass knob turned way down , but he's actually cranking the bass up higher than I thought he would. Lol
Check out recoil audio for door speakers if you're looking for dirt cheap. They still sound great. But you can't go wrong with a high sensitivity on sale JBL/infinity for running off the head unit.😊
I believe it has to go through an FM tuner adapter. There should be a stand-alone controller to select the tracks. There's no way for the head unit to directly control the CD changer.
Bro I got a perfect song for you to play but i consider u to just listen to the instrumental 😂😂😂but it called shooters fr cash out & Diego dose the bass is crazy on that song and a perfect test for your speakers every time I promise you it won’t let you just go try it and let me know if you see this comment
Bro somthi g that happend to me and idk why i had 4 door speakers on high level or reg speaker connection and sub out low level to an amp and i got a loud squelching from my drivers side door i believe that somehow the amp fed back and messed up 5he intournal head unit amp
