We usually do some stretch before workout. Some of people don’t do stretch before workout and they just start to do exercise after no stretching. Doing stretching is really helpful for us to make body warming up and especially it lets our joint and breath ready to do exercise. Even it is quite similar with that we start a car before riding.
Let’s do stretching before workout to prevent and reduce injury while exercise and the well enjoy your sports activities.
