You gonna do any paused accessories in the squat to get rid of stretch reflex? Asking because It also could help with the sticking point once you hit 330. Not asking you to change your squat just asking in general.
@@Runner-Boy makes sense but I do know low bar does have a stretch reflex still somewhat. Even if you don’t bounce off your calves like an atg I think your body still has a slight rubber banding effect coming up
