Thanks again Cap! Happy happy holidays to you and yours! I had a rough year and I want you to know there were many days that you brought a smile to my otherwise kinda sad day, for this and all you do I thank you. Peace from Nor Cal Sparky
Congrats on the weight loss.... I did a drop of 75 lbs last year and know what you are talking about with the feeling better.... Thanks for all your input to us rookies who are just getting started. It's means a lot that you pass it on because of your love for it.... :-)
Hi Eddie Christmas greetings to you mate, great small bowl, looking forward to seeing the final decoration and finish on this piece of wood-worked! Love to see your able to get into the workshop on Christmas day and 'make shavin's' and relax while recovering from the excess of Chrissy indulgences. All the best to you and your loved one for 2013! Garron from Corowa NSW Aust.
Hi Capn Eddie, congratulations on the weight loss, 1lb a week is the ideal way to do it. I lost a huge amount of weight that way after becoming ill and immobile for 3 years and it stays off! Happy New Year to you, and yours. Brendan.
Nicely done! How did you hold the bowl when you reversed it again to clean up that tear-out. Vacuum chuck? It would have taken forever to sand that out, I know!
Congrats on the weight loss. I was wondering about that just from watching some older videos. I lost 100lbs in 18 months starting Sept 2010. Sadly I now have a disability due to my knees and its slowly creeping back up. I am needing to learn tricks in turning from a stool to take the pressure off my knees, that is much easier said than done.
Hi Cap! Great video! Could you please explain the power sander that you use? What had you used to make it? It looks a great setup! I look forward to seeing your videos! Keep it up! Adam
