I love girls who ain’t afraid to show they stomach, even if it’s bigger than what they want it to be. Good job sticking to ya goals, baby girl. 💯 Can’t wait to see ya final results!
I did 30 min for 30 days and increased it by 1 min each day a few years back. It was Tough. I wish I'd done better at recording my process. You've encouraged me💪🏾 to do it again.
Just want to let you know I saw this video I think not too long after you released it. What an inspiration you put in front of me!! I was so scared of the stairs then. Today I just finished 45 minutes on the stairs 2,400 steps. Thank you for sharing your journey 🙌
I’m on week 2 I think of doing stair masters. I do 10 minutes a day and yes. It doesn’t get any easier and some days I just want to quit, but I’m seeing results already
Yes! Write back here once you’re done to let me know how it went! Enjoy the torture 😂😂😂 you’ll hate it when doing but you’ll be proud afterwards , happy Monday love
What I like most is she is not leaning on the rails. I see so many do that on ALL cardio machines. Cheating themselves of the full benefits. Plus is u push you belly button to you spine, much like when you do Pilates, you are wooing the abs. Just holding yourself up without holding the rails, works your abs. Love this woman!
I did level 7, 60 min , 203 floors. When it gets painful, I close my eyes and only focus on my breathing. But I had to hold handles when I did that . A couple of times , I had to reduce it to level 4 to adjust my heart rate .
I often sit at like 8-10 for like ~25 minutes and I think I get like 120 floors climbed. I do this 3 times a week, along with like ~1-1:30 hours of other gym stuff.
I just started and was surprised I lasted 15 minutes on that thing. I been doing it for 3 days. I feel a difference and it also tones your butt.lol I add running on the treadmill with it and upper body exercises as well.
That’s right sister don’t let it intimidate you. I was intimidated by the smith machine in the gym but one day I went to the gym and it was not a lot of people there so I went to the machine and now I’m good. Keep up the good work sister don’t stop until you have reached your goal.
I don't have any problems with the stairmaster, aside from the fact that I can't walk up stairs without looking at them so it hurts my neck to look down at my feet more than it hurts the rest of my body 😐 If I don't look I trip
Shiiiid!!! You go girl!!! I start my work out with 2 1/2 minutes on that thing and max out at 5min. 15 minutes day after day on that thing amazing!!!💪🏽
June 5th, I’m dropping my STAIRMASTER PASSPORT! You need to get one ☝🏽 Checkout my latest live to see it in more details. It’s amazing and it help you with your StairMaster session! 🔥
You are so inspirational! I’m going to try this. Thank you! I’m so proud of you for sticking with it. I don’t even think I can last 2 minutes - stair master is super challenging. You’re awesome! God bless you!
Get it girl!!! 💪 I always ❤️ loved the fact that you are not ashamed of your body. I train lady's and they get really self conscious. But I rather train them and make a positive impact and praise for them. Good job!!! Keep it up
My favorite warm at the gym is the stair/step equipment at PF. I do roughly 8-15 mins worth. I do anywhere with speeds of 3-8, increase halfway through and do like 3-4 mins of straight 6-8 speed makes a crazy difference each time! And check your pulse to make sure it’s between 150-170 to check so you 1) know if you need to hydrate more, 2) if you’re getting enough of a burn on a workout, 3) if your heart is too rested during the workout if it’s below 140, gotta push it a bit more to see results!
I am a child and I have school but I want to be able to have time to ask my dad to take me to the gym to do this. At the time I get home, it’s already 4:20 or so. I barely have time to do it. Not only this, but also because my dad works a large amount of time every day.
Trying to figure out how to start a gym routine/process and start going everyday. Taking notes from you now love. Amazing job and thank you for the hope you’ve given to many of us 😊
Can you show a before and after? I've been using the stair master and it tires me out SO BAD but people are telling me it's not going to make me loose weight?
For me the SM is the most difficult overall exercise in the entire gym but it's the most rewarding and beneficial I see so many people dismiss it or quickly lose patience because it can become monotonous and it takes a genuine effort coupled with a massive amount of patience to get some benefit It's my foundation exercise , if i only do one exercise at the gym because of time constraints it's always that one , i don't care about the physique , it's about the consistency and the challenge , the results will come I like how unlike some other exercise machines , there is no cheating , you can't chill and still maintain momentum , another step is right behind the other and you need to address it , you can slow down but never stop I started on about 5 until i built up some strength , now i do 9 consistently , i was doing 10 for a spell , was at my peak , 300 floors , it was a test of endurance for sure It's such a fantastic feeling when you reach a floor goal , especially in a certain amount of time , there is nothing else like , nothing , not even lifting weights gives me that sense of satisfaction , it's inspiring also , mimicing life , always going up , there's resistance , you struggle , you feel as if you're ready to give in , no , i won't , bring on the next step , i refuse to forfeit , you're not going to get me to admit defeat , i look up at the ceiling and find that spirit , that ethereal , intangible force that animates my being , i don't try to define it , i just embrace it's power , and it's liberating , all is calm amidst the chaos , and in that moment , i am ... the Stair Master Great job , i wish more people would discover the benefits of this terrific exercise machine , it's the best one available on numerous levels
Awesome performance ma'am 😍😍😍 Now please include in some other form of cardio and if possible , some strength training too , for maximum benefits ! You have earned a sub from the Orient ! Thankyou.
That’s absolutely fantastic. Keep up the great work your body I love you for it. I’ve been exercising too, but I’m about to go to gym and start doing weights 2 to 3 times a week, but I want to do the stairmaster and weights Thanks for sharing.
Wow thank you for repeating how the pain never goes away. I feel like people look at others who are more fit and in shape as if they don’t experience the pain to keep the weight off. Recently have lost a lot of fat around my midsection as well, and it was very painful. Not only were the hunger, pains, painful, but working out was painful as well. And the gag is, it is actually the pain that gets the result. Unless you are really into being in pain, nobody is going to be exempt from being intimidated by the hard work that is required. So thank you for pointing that out and still doing what is required to get the body that you want.!!!
Absolutely. I have to breathe through the pain lol I wanna give up so bad sometimes but at times I’ll slow my steps for 10 seconds and then get back at it and that has helped! I’m just starting off as well…keep up the great work ❤
