Yes, with 14t sprocket I would be cruising at 100kmph @7k rpm in 6th gear. With 15t sprocket I can cruise at 110kmph @7k rpm in 6th gear. But the pickup in 6th gear with 15t sprocket is bad. Hence u use stock setup only

By doing 15-42 u r overgearing ur bike which will damage ur engine and transmission components. Either increase 1 tooth in front or decrease 3 teeth behind. Your mileage can increase, cruising speed will also increase

No, the mileage won't be affected by this. It kinda remains the same

It will increase every gear top speed by about 4 to 5kmph, plus top speed will also be higher by about 10 to 14kmph

no bro, one of my subscribers has put 15t sprocket front and stock 41t sprocket rear for his RS200 and achieved 167km/h as per speedo. If u put 15t front and 39t rear u might be able to go 170+ only in perfect conditions, but remember it is not good to overgear your bike, changing either one of the sprockets is fine in a stock bike, but changing both sprockets won't be a good idea as you will damage your transmissions and engine

U cannot do any such modification boss, only thing u can do is ride more efficiently and ride below 80 while shifting gears below 5000RPM to get a good mileage. Or else there is no other way to increase mileage

Just for testing purpose, I thought 15t would give better top speed, it does give higher top speed, but acceleration also goes down, and bike doesn't have enough power to cross its stock top speed, so I always use stock setup. 15t gives higher cruising speed and top speed at the cost of acceleration and initial pickup

220 already has proper setup, only change u can do is maybe put 15t front sprocket. I would not suggest any other changes as rear sprocket it has the lowest possible tooth sprocket u can get

I absolutely do not recommend this as it will spoil your bikes engine and transmission. The only change u can safely make is 15t front OR a 39t rear sprocket. Do not go beyond this as it will spoil your bike. 1st of all this bike does not have the power nor is it designed to go above 170kmph. @SHUBHAM SINGH

15T sprocket is not available anywhere in market mostly even of other bikes. I had got from Aliexpress app, imported from China. I would suggest u to stick with stock setup as it is the best setup for ns200. Fitting 15t sprocket will decrease ur acceleration and you have power loss in 6th gear making it very hard to cross 145kmph. So plz stick to stock setup. I have used this only to test and make video for knowledge purpose

@@FernmeisterTV i brought pulsar 150 15t sprocket but it was 428 pitch instead of 520 pitch so it was smaller and could not fit that, after that i also brought 15T 520 pitch sprocket of duke 390 from ktm showroom but it also did not fit becuase the inner teeth was different of it. And since im from Nepal i cant order anything from International websites because in Nepal international transactions are not accepted yet. Such a bummer man. If u know any bike sprocket that use 15t 520 pitch and also fits in ns 200 sprocket hole please let me know im losing my mind i spend lot of money and timr tryna do this.

Currently using front 100/80 17 and rear 130/70 17 Tyres. Both r same PIRELLI ANGEL CT. And no, upgrading to 15t sprocket does not increase your performance, it actually decreases the acceleration a little bit. Performance in 6th gear is kinda poor after installing 15t sprocket. This video was just for an experiment

@@shanonsequeira4499 this video is old, after this tyre I fitted the pirelli angel CT. Diablo rosso 2 is a very good tyre, but for track use or for Superbikes. It wears out very soon compared to other Tyres. I have now completed 31000kms. At 29000kms I had changed the Diablo rosso 2 which lasted only 12k kms with normal highway riding

It's not of any particular bike. It's a custom sprocket, not available in India, I had bought it from Aliexpress before Aliexpress got banned

Acceleration will reduce slightly, u won't notice a huge difference unless u r drag racing, and top speed will increase by at least 10 to 14kmph. It does not affect mileage, u will get similar mileage, instead of fitting the 15t sprocket i suggest u to fit the ns200 sprocket setup on ur rs200, it is as good as fitting a 15t sprocket

Update: Got it delivered today, turns out the avenger's rear 36t sprocket holes are just a "tiny" bit misaligned so it can't fit properly but the workshop people said its possible to fit it by drilling those holes little larger (not a hard process) but i was too bored to take it somewhere else to drill so decided to stay on my stock RS 200 stock sprocket of 14T 41T (On my Bs4 NS) I originally tired to install smaller rear sprocket to see if NS can go 60kph+ or maybe around 65kph on 1st gear using it. Seems like i have to ditch that idea for now but @Fernmeister TV you can try using it.. just have to drill couple of holes little larger and the 36t from avenger will fit proper. I hope you try that

Bro, I know the result, so Im not going to be making any more sprocket mods to my ns nor my 390, cause it's just gonna cause trouble for me in the future, my NS200 is run almost 45000kms now, and I don't want to mess stuff up by changing these sprockets again and again, I dint like the 15t itself, I'm not going to try out this 36t and spend extra for these sprockets when I don't get anything out of it.

@@FernmeisterTV its all right bro.. 36t is even higher gearing than 15t in front from my calculations but i think i need to stick with stock sprocket or RS sprocket since i dont have any roads for high speed in my crowded city. I just wanted to test it out of curiosity. Its all right i love your videos .

I couldn't remove at home, so i took it to a spare shop and told the mechanic to remove. The plate screws r behind the sprocket, so u have to remove the sprocket 1st and then remove the plate

140/70 17. Pirelli Diablo rosso 2. Do not fit this tyre for ur bike. It is not meant for Indian riding conditions. It is for Superbikes actually and for track rider's. I am currently using pirelli angel ct which is an amazing tyre, go for this one if u r buying a new tyre

Yes, reduces engine life and voids warranty of bike. It causes damage to engine when the stock limiter has been crossed, rpm goes upto 13000rpm which is not good for engine, stock limiter is at 10500rpm.
