Reserve Your Live Seat in Looker Studio Masterclass 2024 Edition: lookerstud.io/...
---- In this tutorial, I'll reveal how to use Looker Studio and BigQuery ML to analyze customer segmentation for a Shopify store with Klaviyo data. We'll dive into the RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) segmentation concept and tackle a real-life problem of undefined customer segments. By implementing the K-means clustering model, we'll uncover five distinct customer clusters that can be targeted with different marketing strategies. Join me as I demonstrate the power of accessible machine learning tools like BigQuery ML for businesses of all sizes.
