How to get started with Calisthenics?
First I would highly recommend buying a home pull up bar. I left my suggestions down below.

Having a home pull up bar lets you practice more often. For most movements all you need is a sturdy over head bar and the floor. You should also find a park near you if this is possible. Some countries or areas of the world this is not possible. We try to help with our Park Finder.

Ed has a lot of endomorphic qualities. This will make him retain more body fat even in the incredible shape he's in. On the positive side, endomorphs are fucking bull strong.

i get insane pain in wrist, more specific in carpel tunnel, thumb and and index finger, after training. im totally new to this, but is it just a phase, while i get used to the movement or should i just stop ? :P

PRICE Protect, Rest, Ice, Compress, Elevate if this doesnt work you need to see a sports doctor asap. 3 weeks is very long.

Don't blink you might not see the demonstration of the exercise. Would be good to hold it for a few seconds or do a few reps.

Do you know why doing a tuck planche could be very difficult for me? Because i can do planche lean to my lower abs, but can't hold proper tuck planche? Lower back could be the problem?

I think your pushing power might be off. Can you do a frog stand? Should do the exercise I showed where you jump and hold the tuck for 1 second for reps

No, he actually just has A LOT of fat on his body. Yes, he's strong, but his body fat percentage is REALLY high. Like, above normal for a human being high. He could barely do some of these exercises.

danny.ratters (on instagram) makes great quality mini parallettes for fairly cheap, bought 2 pairs for him (1 for me and 1 for a friend), still use them, still great. Strongly advise buying from him.

Then stick to the ground. I think the ground is better. The parallettes make it too easy. I start on the ground and work my way to the parallettes when I get too tired to do it on the ground. Much love

I have problems with my wrists, they aren't flexible at all, I can try planche positions due to the positions of my wrists is too hard for me to move my body forward, that's why I can't try progressions, for example it's to hard for me to do the lean planche for the same reason, how can I improve this? pumpkin spice bleach kick up to a wall, then push your feet of the wall and hold that. See how long you can hold it. Another tip is to curl your fingers into the ground. When you start moving forward, push with your fingertips, and when you start moving backwards, push with your palm, but the palm is more difficult.I would practice this about 4-5 times a week, for 5-10 minutes.

pumpkin spice bleach yeah I have great balance, pistol squats are easy for me, but for now I'm going to just stick to handstands and flexibility until I get really flexible. That helps as well. Look at Gabe Saturno.

It's pretty irritating to continuously see people judging him simply because they think his body type doesn't fit the typical "mold" for a calisthenics athlete. There is no one body type required to be attained to be considered a successful calisthenics athlete. People can't just focus on his fucking skill and appreciate the beauty of the sport. Not everyone's goal in relation to exercise is aesthetics.
