After spending some time in the rings I was now looking for exercises to learn planking. First at bottom then in the rings. I am very proud to learn this all even with my age of 62. You always can learn if your body is in good conditioning. Nice work guys, easy to understand and to practice!!
Great video and awesome planche holds! I been grinding for the full planche for a while now, this has motivated me even more now. Thank you barstarzz!! #salute
One of the most thorough tutorials from placement, progressions, common mistakes, and FAQ. Will definitely be following the guidance. Hope to be doing planche as well soon.
Very well done, and carefully explained along with progressions. Thanks a lot for the time and patience you invested in sharing this knowledge. Respect !!
Good tutorial guys, but you forgot one step, it´s the scapular protraction, this do the straddle or full planche look perfect, because this allow to see a straight line in alll the body. Nice work barstarzz you are my first channel to teach me do calistthenics.
I am almost 51, training frontlever and planche, frontlever single leg is in the pocket and sometimes i can hold adv tuck in planche, Will never give up because its so challenging 🤩💪😍
Good to hear the listen to your body comment, unlike some gurus prescribing regimens of x amount of workouts a week. Dont forget we are not all in our twenties young fit and recover quickly guys, im 49yrs old and have very gradually built my calisthenic skills over a period of 11 months and still progressing. I can manage planche push ups now, but age also dictates your rest recovery time as our bodies get older. Long gone are the days of smashing the gym 5 days a week. Glad to hear some common sense. Well done great video tuition.
this is one thing many of you dont pay attention to on your plache journey, all you care is to lift off the ground but you need to create a solid foundation first.
Evoo yes but more of the front then should primarily be used if you want "perfect". a posterior pelvic tilt is when you crunch your abs inwards and create a hollow position within a plank, then you lean forward until your feet goes off the ground. if you want some examples I could give you some names.
Lukaas Street workout 30 is more reasonable, but I think it is still a little much. I can hold straddle for 13 seconds and I can planche for about 3 seconds already
Looks hard. I am going to go through the progressions because I think they will make me a lot stronger whether I can do it or not. I still cannot do a muscle up but just trying to do it has made me a much much stronger same thing with the front lever. I have not been able to nail it yet but just trying to do it I've lost about 4 inches around my waist.
Not gonna lie I’ve watched many videos on the planche and this was short and straight to the point. Thanks you. I’m gonna get this one day 🤞 Fuck gravity
It doesn't fucking matter if your toes are pointed or not. Check out danials laizans. He doesn't point his toes on any of the competitions and he is still the world champion.
@@bikashth8539 you re a noob it matters,Daniels laizans doesn t point toes because he has a prosthetic leg and maybe he can't do it properly. However, this planche is shit compared to a perfect planche also for pelvic tilt activation, not well protracted scapulas and not tigh glutes
Thank you for the Support everyone! Work hard and you'll get the Planche! 💪😊🔜 (I'm the one in the video beside my twin brother) Follow my RU-vid channel and my Twin's and my Instagram account: @dan_rosenberg_ and @tom.rosenberg_ for some more sick footage! 😈
