I have a 2002 mustang smaller side single turbo at 1009 HP at 10lbs boost however it's built for a larger turbo, I named the car Angry Horse.... it has a 6.0 ls, Angry Horse.. get it.

Normally youll see a 2-3in high cowl hood just for a "cool" factor to get looks. Its always nice to see a 4.6 DOHC making big power. John Mihovetz was a hero of mine and I loved seeing him break record after record.. Nice job on the car.
@@97VobraOwner John also built the factory block and heads 5.4 L in the world record standing mile ford GT. Also over 3000 hp and ran 0-300.4 in one mile!
I’m surprised how many people are impressed. The cars entire claim to fame was how much power the entire driveline could handle from the factory, hold the differential. Guess everyone is just so wrapped up in LS’s these days they forgot other engines can perform too.
Right, these were some of the original mod to a reliable 750 whp stock unopened block cars back in the day BEFORE they had all this cool tuning technology they have today.

Subscribed. I have a turbod cobra that's been unfinished for years. Glenn's sumped fuel tank and twin 255s th400 jw everything d.s.s 4.6 all the works. Needs proper tuned and finished up. Been this way for 6 years. 4 years in storage
The 4.6 mod motors really were a great foundation for great power, once you get rid of the Lego quality rods and pistons (non cobra), they're good to go.
@@Baltimoreborn no your wrong 03-04 Cobra and 03/04 Mach 1 both run a 32 Valve iron block 4.6 V8. The Cobra has the Eaton supercharger strapped to the block while the Mach 1 has a Shaker set up.

What about the tt minion? It still has the 4.6 4v motor pushing about 1500whp and it’s still a t-56 manual running low 7’s in the 1/4 mile while banging his own gears

Watching from Fargo. Us “city” boys can wrench too. Currently running an SBF, but I have a 2V I’ve been thinking about. Andrew Lavender’s YT channel is pretty good, if you like mod motors.

The 03 Cobra is one of the baddest cars out there it’s easy now to do really good mods on the Cobra 4.6 then again it was already very heavy built it’s got a lot of good stuff in it stock it takes very little to put a lot of power in it with the right stuff it could definitely put out over 2,000hp easily with very little mods and the 4.6 can rev really high because of it’s small block format I would like to see someone put a flat plane crank in a 4.6 bet it could rev way over 10,000rpm before redline it would also sound amazing there’s something cool sounding about a high revving V8 I wish I could afford an 03 Cobra if you find them people want a small fortune for them it suck’s because they are such amazing Mustangs that’s one sweet ride

I’m driving my grandpa’s 2004 F150 with the stock version of this motor with about 95K miles ha! Wish I could afford to totally rebuild, refresh, and modify it!

I'm not a big fan of the Busa's in racing. I'd like to see how you do against the Ninja H2 or even a BMW S1000RR. That would be a lot more competitive.
You might wanna look up hpj in Illinois lol there's a few street cars with 1500+ hp with mod motors there. Don't get me wrong this is a beautiful ride. I'm just sayin
@@john-martin exactly what's in the comment there are other Streetsbable cars with mod motors that's where he is. He said he is the only one that is streetable I mean if you watch the video and pay attention I won't have to type a whole paragraph stating what was already said.
I hate rustangs but I also am a true gearhead and I give props where they are due. So props to you my friend on this build and actually keeping it with its original 4.6 great job.
