Hi Steve, sorry to hear your news but NHL has really good response rates. Wishing you the very best for your recovery. I am a blood cancer research scientist. Best advice is cut the sugar from your diet, anything with sugar, glucose fructose syrup etc in the ingredients is bad news. Avoid processed foods as much as you can. Fruit, veg, fresh cooked meals are the best. Add turmeric, honey, black seed oil to your food. Superboosst your body with smoothies, stir fries etc. I would recommend taking zinc supplements, 15-25mg daily. Happy to chat more. You will beat this!
