@@romanempire9818 2% milk, blueberries, whey protein, oatmeal, walnuts/almonds, banana, avocado, and peanut butter. Drank it twice a day along with regular meals, if you plan to do this I suggest a little milk but mostly water, with milk it’s super thick, water it is thinner and easier to drink.

guys, I am 44 y/o. Since I was 16 y/o I have been hearing "guys! this is the right diet, this is the right food", with all explanations of the case. Regularly, after 2, 3 or 4 years, other new theories were showing the the previous ones were wrong, then again , again and again. So guy, watch this video in few years and let me know... I just remember that the woman with most impressive health and body shape I have seen in my life was a Danish 42 y/o lady, yoga and ballet teacher, who had been eating only fruits for years. In according to latest diets, fruits are just stomach fillers with sugars and few vits. I am sure in 10/15 years fruits will gain value in future diets again as it was in 90s...

Im also pretty sure that most studies consider fruit a very gold choice for building muscle as longs as you fill out your macros, but i think the best solution is looking at key elements from various studies but at the same thinking for yourself and your body to achieve your own best diet

Spinach actually helps you become stronger and help muscle. But spinach must be fresh not canned.

I would not recommend spinach. I was a spinach nut...eating about a pound per day for months. Read up about oxalates. Spinach is loaded with that shit. I'm talking massively loaded. And oxalates are one of the long term causes of kidney stones. Switch to kale. Just as good for you, with significantly lower oxalates. Most of the foods on the list in the video are mid to low oxalate content. I'd avoid too much sweet potato too. I used to eat a couple per day. I just eat them occasionally now. What's the point of gaining one health benefit if it's going to create a different potential health problem, right? Anyway, read up about oxalates. And I'm not talking about shitty RU-vid opinion resources. Read the actual research studies. One caveat...if I interpreted the research correctly, apparently some people process oxalates differently than others. Meaning some of us are more prone to the development of the calcium oxalate that causes kidney stones. Which is why some of us can eat the same diet as others and yet not develop the same medical conditions as a result. But here's the catch...there doesn't yet appear to be any way to know how you'll handle oxalates up front. So i just shifted my diet to nutrient rich foods that are lower in oxalates. If I still get fucking kidney stones....lol.....well....

@@MegaAmazingc Glad to share. I should clarify that I never got stones. I knew people who did and that shit sucks. Calcium oxalate crystals form in the kidneys from calcium leeched from you by the oxalates you consume (they like to bind with each other). The crystals collect together to form larger stones eventually leading to issues if you're prone to stones. From what I understand, most of the "healthy" foods have some level of oxalates. We can't escape it. But they're rate low to high. Spinach is at the top of the list by quite a margin. So I'm doing my best to eat healthily by swapping out similar foods that happen to also be significantly lower in oxalates. One example I gave was switching to kale from spinach. Both nutrient rich, but kale is much much lower oxalate. It's not that I never eat high oxalate foods....I just dialed it back considerably. Time will tell if it does me any good. Good luck man.

Average Joe I like baby spinach but got a congenital kidney issue and have had mildly elevated Uric acid levels. Not sure how connected they are but my doctor said to not overdo dark leafy veggies, which I incidentally love so not the best body chemistry, I suppose. Lol. Thanks for the info. I don’t mind kale. I just find spinach to be more taste neutral than kale. Also easier to find large tubs of precut prewashed baby spinach leaves. Or mane it’s all Popeye the sailor man’s fault. 👍🏽

Microwave remove and kill lots of the benefit from anything, due to the cell being destroyed. So you won’t get as much. Same thing is you boil it super high heat will remove nutrients on it as well. Just a FYI

One day each of course. Thats too much meat for one day and very unnecessary because essentially they give you the same type of macro-nutrients which is protein. You can, but you dont need it all in one day, its a waste, literally a waste, if you exceed protein needs, you will just poop it out.

I eat sardines almost every day. They are very tasty,whether with Olive oil,tomato sauce,or mustard. Hot sauce makes them very delicious.

I use to mix 3 raw eggs with my protein shake and drink it with meals and snacks. I gain 42 pounds within 16 months. Then I got Salmonella lol
