1. Bench press 2. Incline bench press 3. Pause dumbbell bench press 4. Pull ups 5. Dips no lock out 6. DB external rotation 7. Reverse Flys 8. Reverse cable upright row 9. Incline French press 10. Telle extension 11. Walking hammer curl 12. Side cable curls 13. Fore arm roll 14. Cable Triceps extension 15. One arm cable row 16. Chest forward drag curl 17. Myers row Let's get it!

Some kickass stuff here! Been doing the lean away tricep extensions w a rope for about 20 years, off and on. Killer Triceps exercise. I call them “Cecils” after the dude that showed them to me 👍. BTW Cecil if your still out there, I am still hitting the iron 😎

I prefer the log over the straight bar, same with kettlebell pressing. Depends on your goals yet a great movement overall

Yes you can barbell it and work on your overhead snatch, just the finishing movement, quick explosive power

Excercise Nr. 8 is not recommended if you have shoulder pain though. High risk of impignment
