and everyone hates on Lee. i don't get it. he's the heart of this podcast. this podcast wouldn't have been what it was if it weren't for Lee. also, an even better reason, would be, that Uncle Joey loves Lee, they're fucking family. and if Lee is in Joey's circle/family, then Lee is 100% to be loved and trusted by anyone who knows about him. lee lift weights its better for fat burning then cardio by far but keep up the cardio for the heart health cause u need to cause ur bigger like u used to be

I honestly hate this show for the audio. The fact I can't hear Joey when he whispers to the point I zone out and forget I'm listening to a podcast, to the fact that once he yells I have to farther turn him down. There is no audio level, joey. We just zone out as if your a couple talking across the restaraunt at lunch that we can barely here.
