Our community! Sherwood is such a welcoming community to everyone. There are many festivals, school functions, restaurants, walking paths, and parks for ALL age groups to enjoy throughout the year. We've loved walking or biking everywhere! The schools are close enough to walk or bike to. Our cute little downtown area with a library, restaurants, bakery, shopping, coffee shops, & Saturday market

Things we love about the home:
The backyard! We enjoyed working with a professional landscaper and designing the backyard to be a welcoming spot for the whole family. It has lots of room to play and relax with 2 Diadora Evergreen trees to anchor the yard with greenery and shade throughout the whole year.
The light, bright kitchen that is the HUB of the home. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Having 2 levels, makes it nice for the whole family to have their own space. The 2nd floor laundry room is amazing and so handy to have near the bedrooms. We'll miss our friendly neighbors, the amazing school district and feeling safe.
