I wished Happy Birthday to my ex during no contact, and she was very happy. 😊 Every situation is unique.

My avoident ex broke up with me four months ago after telling me that I’m codependent. Of course I begged and pleaded to the point where she gradually blocked me everywhere. Two days ago she accidentally facetimed me. I tried to answer but she ended the call. Iphones will still allow you to call, text and facetime someone that you blocked on your end. Seeing her name on the incoming facetime call reset all of the emotions in me. Especially knowing that it was just an accident and she might not even realize it ever even happened.

What happens if you do 30 day no contact and she responds with… she in love with another guy….. and now 37 days into no contact again… should I reach out?

For avoidant’s you have stated that they take 3-4 months to start to miss you. That’s past the 66 day mark. Are no contact period suggestions different, when dealing with an avoidant?

What are the key words to respond to a text? Like ignore them until they say what?

Is it sad that listening to these newer videos is helping. I had a rough time I did the whole gnat being emotionally overwhelmed with everything going on in my life. The break up was the icing on the cake and I literally lost my shit. I sent him a message apologizing for my behavior cause that's not normally how I react. He responded in kind. I told him I loved him, and I respect his choice to break up. Been in no contact for 7 weeks not sure where I stand yet. In-between do I want him back or move on. I know in the end whatever outcome there is I will be ok. But I do know that I want to be better for me, not for him. This has been a great starting point for me. I want to this no contact time to focus on what will better my life. And I agree with these videos, it's about you and what you want. I would like a relationship with him but I want a healthier one, I owe that to myself. So keep up the good work. We broke up late November 2022, she gave me countless opportunities to fix it but I made 10 mistake out of the 18 here. I found out last December 2023 she's actually been married for a few months.
