no 1 appreciates drivers like you and myself that drives every day with 4 wheels that cut up off and think we can stop on dime and give them change i drove in Michigan 5 axel lead 2 axel pup 2 thousand bushel at at time than 40 ton of stone back in the lead I feel your pain
Fuck yeah james keep on making these videos, maybe these slow ass granny drivers out there will learn what pedal to the metal means, wish everyone drove this way, we wouldn't have to worry about traffic jams
Watch American comments "This guy cant drive" comments spewed in Americans if u dont like this guy Jamaican shifting style driving then why are u watching This guy & Jamaican shifting videos....i mean is soo depressing that u Americans judge others shifting styles...Jamaican has a unique shifting style unlike Americans......If u wonder u see American truckers on the side of the road cause 1.Engine overheated 2.They runway cause they cook up the brakes 3.There late on reaction if a car or truck pulls out or stop infront of them Im not being a Dick or anything but Facts is Facts
Are you a special kind of stupid or what? A truck running away doesn't happen because the drivers cook their brakes. Trucks runaway because the drivers are complete fuck tards. I see no abuse whatsoever in any of James video. That sound you think is a grinding noise every time he popped out of gear, wasn't grinding, it was the jakes. All Jamaican shifting is, is an agressive version of floating. You saying you posted facts, all I see is a complete idiot talking out of his ass.
Dylan Meinhardt Just face the facts i sure you seen videos of American truckers get in accidents cause they literally "Cook" the brakes & they dont utilize the one brake that will save them from Ice storm crashes which is the Trailer (Stretch) Brakes
sheacole2 I know plenty of American truckers who can go downhill and not burn up the brakes. You now how I know, because they were taught the old school way and I'm related to some of them. If a truck driver goes downhill and he has to use a runaway ramp, it's because he's an idiot driver who was never taught how to properly go downhill. I've always been told by old school truckers that the way they handle a downgrade is by dropping a gear or two from what they went up the hill and set the jakes. And a trailer brake, it'll help yeah, but it won't help much. It's not really used for going downhill, can be yes. I know a couple of drivers who know how to get out of a jack knife to, it's hard to do, but I've seen them do it. I'm not facing your false information, I'm telling you the truth.
I know one thing it's useless having jake on while gearing up it's made for helping stop on hills doing regular driving but not letting it come on inbetween every shift my opinion piece
everone are thinking that shifting in that way is difficult , but irl its very easy 1-4 normal, *click* than 5 in place of 1th....5th low, *click* 5th again but high etc.....
If I was James I'd keep makin these videos so that the people that bitch about the jake and shifting gears and the ape hanger shifter would keep on cryin, looks like to me he's havin a good time.
Yes they do but experienced driver after perfecting and mastering the art of shifting don't use it for shifting they use it for a complete stop and to move from a hault. This here he is floating gears it mean shifting without the clutch by using timing have a great day
Manuals are better to control. We’re sort of opposite each other. You drive manual cars and automatic trucks. We drive manual trucks and automatic cars. It’s weird.
A lot of people is talking shit about him i bit ya dont know shit about driving a semi. Thats is own truck cause no trucking compagnies outhere will give a 379 pit with a staightpipe
Obviously not too smart of a company for having that extended shifter seeing how they put pre mature wear and tear on the transmission and the shift fork
