The sound of that big o’l engine and turbo and the jake brakes, never heard anything more beautiful in my entire life. Can’t wait to join the trucking world myself one day.
Looks like the middle of of a workday to me. Saw many big tucks also on that road so obviously they know what they are in for when they buy a house there.
Listening to this on headphones, I've never watched a video where the microphone was able to pick up the extremely low frequency idle rumble! Nicely done!
@@2isceez I'm 21, full time carpenter for 3 years and researching local trucking jobs for awhile now. Not all young people are disrespectful low lifes.
@@deannederhoff yea but we make a art of it ... watch the videos bro .. sugar footing is a art..lol. Not bad though ,, but no style no soul. ..Funny though when we do it, we get criticized for exercising our skills ,, but you guys do it and its " ahh hes just having fun< " one word..>>HYPOCRITES!!!
@@duvoirspencer45 well the way he made it sound like it's basically Jamaicans that drive or shift like that.and don't get me wrong I'm not trying to sound racist or disrespect oranything like that.granted the extra tall shifter isn't my style but love the straight pipes for sure.but that's just the way I took his statement to mean
@@deannederhoff i understand, and agree not only Jamaicans drive this way, but its definitely more common hear than anywhere else, imo. But I could be wrong, just haven't seen it . All is good Dean.
Matt Berg I drive a truck but I don’t want a jake waking me up in the middle of the night either I pull a bullrack but I know when to slow down I don’t even need jakes
He obviously doesn't drive like this all the time lol...Bangs every gear w no issue....The man knows how to drive, he is just showing off for the camera a bit...People comment like he goes through 18 every damn stop...And the reason he rides that jake so much is probably because he is trying to save them brakes..
ur absolutely right saving brakes n showing off i drive in the city even i get tired of shifting all the gears n just do it normally once in awhile as u see in the vid i gotta let it rip
I love that Jake brake sound and engine sounds nice and grouny but if it was me I wouldn't have used my Jake brake in a neighborhood though or in town it's just to damn loud haha
Tremendo conductor bien acoplado el freno con la caja de cambios así es como se reduce de altas a bajas con el jale suena precioso yo maneje 20años traileres le dicen en Panamá y ese chofer maneja muy profesionalmente lo felicito por mi experiencia
I was told not to pre select the splitter until right before the shift as the fork gets engaged as soon as you move the splitter. So it's trying to shift but it cant while there's load on the transmission. I didn't know that until someone told me as I was pre selecting early out of laziness and I also thought that's what you were supposed to do 🤐
Personally I love the film and the soundtrack BUT what is the "deflector" on the front of the engine radiator for? I see it on several US trucking vids what is its purpose guys? Thanks.
Just been pondering James how many drivers shit themselves when the Jake goes off behind them and they have a rear view full of your truck . There expressions must be priceless
