1. Taking responsibility (own up to mistakes; can make decisions by yourself) 2. Showing empathy (to others and offering support) 3. Recognising and accepting needs (of yourself and others) 4. Being unafraid of vulnerability (can be open and honest about feelings) 5. Setting healthy boundaries (say no; not be a people pleaser) 6. Owning mistakes (admitting that you are wrong; apologising; make effort to change) 7. High self-awareness (know what makes you happy, sad, etc; able to manage emotions in a healthy way) 8. High self-control (control emotions and reactions, think before you act) 9. Humility (recognising that you are not perfect and have room to grow; open to feedback) 10. Patience (seeing the bigger picture) 11. Self-acceptance (being kind to yourself; forgiveness) 12. Open-mindedness (open to new ideas; willing to change your point of view) 13. Optimism tinged with realism (look on bright side but is also realistic about challenges; approach things with a belief that it will all work out) 14. Flexibility (adaptability; open to new ideas) 15. Forgiveness (let go of anger and resentment; understand that everyone makes mistakes) 16. Honesty (being authentic and true to yourself; being open to feelings and thoughts; speaking up when something is not right) 17. Communicating openly and assertively (not hold back true feelings and thoughts; hearing others out) 18. Emotional control (handle emotions in a healthy way; good at managing stress and anxiety) Also, I realised that there are many similar points, such as 12 and 14

Being emotionally mature allows you to easily handle trauma. That’s what I mainly noticed. It allows you to easily regulate your emotions and raises your pain threshold.

I think some of these traits are in working progress for me. I tend to start off with these traits and tend to fall away from it. I can’t be consistent with it that’s biggest problem. It would be great if you could share a video on being consistent with these traits in regards to having emotional maturity. Thank you so much for sharing these beneficial videos.

Emotionally burnt out is simply depressed. And they are different levels of depression. Don't be hard on yourself. Forgiveness even for yourself just try to think before you speak or act while you're in this situation

You need to rest and get out in nature, pray alot and stay away FROM TOXIC liers of people who are only concerned about their experience and needs, I am exactly what they explained and my x was the lier and abuser who played victim when no one knew all the drama and screeming. I ended up with PTSD and anxiety that I can Not be around it..what happens in the dark will come out to the light no one can mock Jeh God and be blessed.
