I remember this video from a while back. This guy is so methodical with all he does. Big respect to him and I hope he finds success in the future. It’s tough out there, you can see it in his face just like the others in the other videos.

I started my life doing this with tomatoes in the US. I was 21 years, italian- brazilian guy. Before doing working in the restaurant I used tô work cleaning toilets at Six Flags. Now I'm almost 38 years and, I am going back to Italy again because Brazil became a mess. Its hard to say and it is hard to restart, but Life is like this. We spend many years trying to have a carreer, but they break our dreams. Hope this guy might be outta there someday and conquest his dream too.

This kid is good he learnt about pre cooking fries then let them cool dow n for 5-10 min then make a final cook so it gives crispy fries and add cajun seasoning once done
@@kunal.sharma Worst than oil. Ghee will increase the fries cost so very few people use it for frying but it's not even oil, I think atleast Oil should be used. It's Dalda and many people use it as it's very cheap but it's very unhealthy. If you don't know what's Dalda is, then ask your mom if she is indian, most likely she knows it.
I feel ya on that us Native American/aboriginals/something else get called many things when there are specifics to us but not much are full blooded anymore which is pretty sad tbh we also losing our language and many only speak English. Residential schools did our grandparents good because there’s where our culture started dying.
