Dr ഈ മഴയ്ക്ക്കാലത്തു ആണ് കൂടുതൽ തോനുന്നു. യൂറിൻ ഇൻഫെക്ഷൻ. എനിക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞ ഇയർ പ്രൈവറ്റ് ഹോസ്പിറ്റൽ കാണിച്ചപ്പോൾ വൈറസ് ഫിവർ നു ആന്റിബയോട്ടിക് തന്നു വീട്ടിൽ ഉള്ള മറ്റുള്ളവർക് ഉം ആന്റിബയോട്ടിക് കൊടുത്തിരുന്നു ബട്ട് എനിക്ക് മാത്രം വേറെ ആന്റിബയോട്ടിക്. ബാക്കി 2 പേർക്കും സെയിം വേറെ. പിന്നെ ഇത് വൈറസ് അല്ലെ ആന്റിബയോട്ടിക് കഴിക്കണോ വേണ്ടയോ വിചാരച്ചു ഞാൻ. എനിക്ക് അറിയാം വൈറസ് നു ആന്റിബയോടിക്ക് ആവശ്യമില്ലന്ന്. ശേഷം എനിക്ക് യൂറിൻ ഇൻഫെക്ഷൻ വന്നത്. അവിടെ തന്നെ കാണിച്ചെങ്കിലും അങ്ങനെ മാറിയിട്ടില്ല വേദനയോ ഒന്നും ഇല്ല ചെറിയൊരു പനി ശേഷം ബോഡി ഹീറ്റ് ആകൽ. ഞാൻ വീട്ടിന്നു സ്വയം മാറ്റി ഞെരിഞ്ഞിൽ വെള്ളം ബർളി വെള്ളം. തൈര് ആയിരുന്നു best അത് പുറമെയും അകത്തും. എനിക്ക് പണ്ടേ Dr ആകാൻ ഇഷ്ടo ആയിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോളും പല ഹോസ്പിറ്റൽ കൃത്യമായ രീതിയിൽ അല്ല മരുന്ന് നൽകുന്നത്. മെഡിസിൻ കിട്ടിയാലും നമ്മൾ അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കണം എത്തിനുള്ളതാണേന്നൊക്കെ. Old antibiotic കഴിച്ചിട്ട് ഫ്രണ്ട് ഹോസ്പിറ്റൽ ആയിട്ടുണ്ട്. മുൻപ് ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിനെതിരെ പരാതിപ്പെടാൻ പോയാൽ പേടി കാരണം അന്ന് അവർ കേസ് ആക്കിയില്ല എന്ന് അറിഞ്ഞു.ഇപ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് യൂറിൻ ഇൻഫെക്ഷൻ ചെറിയ ലക്ഷണമ് കണ്ടു 2 ഡേയ്‌സ് ആയി. Dr കാണിച്ചില്ല അവിടെ dr ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു. വീട്ന്ന് ഞാൻ 1 day കൊണ്ട് മാറ്റികൊണ്ട് വന്നു. എങ്കിലും pus cell എത്ര ഉണ്ടെന്ന് അറിയണം.പനി വരുമ്പോൾ ഹൃദയം ഇടിപ ഇഷ്ടം അല്ലാത്തത് അതിനെപ്പറ്റി വീഡിയോ ചെയ്യാമോ. കുറക്കാൻ.

Dr.. ഞാൻ 3 വർഷം മുമ്പ് pregnant ആയി ഇരിക്കുമ്പോ 5 th month തൊട്ട് യൂറിൻ തുള്ളിയായിട്ടു ഇടയ്ക്കിടെ പോകുമായിരുന്നു... അത് ഡെലിവറി കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടും നിന്നിട്ടില്ല... സെക്കന്റ്‌ പ്രെഗ്നൻസി ക്ക് ശേഷം അത് കൂടുകയും ചെയ്തു... ഇപ്പൊ ഞാൻ നല്ല ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടിൽ ആണ്... തന്നത്താലെ മൂത്രം തുള്ളി തുള്ളി യായി പോവുന്നു... Dr 1 മാസം മുമ്പ് കാണിച്ചു.. മൂത്രസഞ്ചി ഇറങ്ങിയതാണോ നോക്കി അതല്ല.... പിന്നെ 2 week മരുന്ന് കഴിച്ചു.. മാറിയില്ല... വേറെ dr കാണിച്ചു അവരും മരുന്ന് തന്നു.. മാറിയില്ലെങ്കിൽ സ്കാൻ ചെയ്ത് varan പറഞ്ഞു... ഇത് എന്ത് കൊണ്ട എന്നറിയോ... ഞാൻ pregnant ആയി ഇരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ആണ് സ്റ്റാർട്ടിങ്...ഇപ്പൊ 3 വർഷം ആയി 🥺

വളരെ ഏറെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ഉണ്ട്.. ആദ്യം എനിക്കിത് പുറത്ത് പറയാൻ മടിയായിരുന്നു... ഉമ്മാനോട് പറഞ്ഞതിന് ശേഷം ആണ് ഇത് മൂത്രവാർച്ച ആവും എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്... ഇപ്പൊ തുണി വെച്ചാണ് എല്ലാ ദിവസവും കടന്നു പോവുന്നത്... Pls... നിങ്ങൾക്ക് മാറ്റാൻ കഴിയുമെങ്കിൽ സഹായിക്കുമോ.... അതല്ല വേറെ ഏതെങ്കിലും നല്ല എക്സ്പീരിയൻസ് ഉള്ള യൂറോളജിസ്റ്റ് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ പറഞ്ഞു തരാമോ 🙏🏼🥺

അതിന് ഒരു വ്യായാമം ഉണ്ട്. അരക്ക് കീഴിൽ ഒരു തലയിണ വെക്കുക്ക. മലർന്ന് കിടക്കണം. ന്നിട്ട് നമ്മുടെ യോനിയുടെ ഭാഗം അകത്തേക്ക് മാക്സിമം വലിച്ചു പിടിക്കുക 100)സെക്കന്റ്‌ ശേഷം വിടുക..ഡെയിലി ഒരു 10തവണ ചെയ്തു നോക്കു 🙏🙏ഇതു ശരിക്കും മാറും.. മൂത്രം പോകുന്ന സ്ഥലത്തെ പേശികൾ ലൂസ് ആയത് ആണ് കാരണം.. ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്താൽ തീർച്ചയായും മാറും 🙏🙏😍
