Due to him not being the father, it appears Tone and his family have conspired to take her baby away so the real father won't have an opportunity to be in the baby's life. She will also feel obligated to stay with him because his family has custody of her baby!😢

CURRENT DFS worker here🙋🏽♀️ What she explained IS NOT procedure! Prior to any type of placement (removal of a child from their parent(s)) investigations have to be done. In extreme situations, a worker could potentially come out WITH Law Enforcement to assess a situation and at that point if the Social Worker feels like the home in unsafe, or if the family is homeless with no place to sleep “THAT NIGHT” , if the child is in danger (risk for abuse) or at immediate risk of being neglected (no food or water in the home) THEN, a 30 day care plan is put in place meaning the child is placed with an authorized family support person (relative, family friend) after background checks and home assessments are conducted (same day) during that 30 days the parent is given the opportunity to get their shit together ULNESS there us a criminal element associated with the case. Now if a parent is being charged with a crime the child immediately go into state custody. In this case no criminal element was mentioned. To me it sounds like the Mother in law made that call, and she messed up by calling Iliana before the state got a chance to go out and assess the situation. Iliana doesn’t seem to know her rights, she let that woman make her believe that she wasn’t doing a good job as a mother. That’s so fucked up, the state would have offered her resources in the areas she might be struggling. This is crazy

Tone and his mother are working together. I am a little puzzled as to why she is resisting taking the drug test to get her baby back. Just because she doesn't look like she is on drugs, does not mean that she is not. Her husband definitely looks like he is though. Tone probably just doesn't want to be bothered with her baby since it is not his. He probably was the one who reported her in the first place. She is very young, naive, and slightly mentally challenged. I must admit though, she is not in any position to raise a baby. She needs to get herself together financially, drop Mr. multiple personalities, and get her mental health in check.

Although he is not the biological dad he has been established the parental father through marriage and if he signed the birth certificate he will be deemed the father unless he contest. If she tells CPS that she is not sure who the dad is, they will offer DNA testing. She don’t want her child in the system. She of all people knows that’s not a place for her baby.

With her saying she doesn't know who the dad is and people thinking Tone is on drugs I can imagine a viewer calling cps on them. I do hope she gets her baby back. @up-uw4op CPS didn't take custody, but they could've very well reached out to his mother. Because of Ili and Tones current situation, not being stable, her having breakdowns, and not seeming sober, the mom decided to help before CPS made physical contact. And yes children can be removed off of assumptions. Removed doesn't mean lose of custody but has the same effect on the child and everyone involved. There's atleast 3 fairly big youtubers going through this as we speak.

Not necessarily true, this is an infant that if she is not careful she could lose permanently custody and the baby adopted. From my experience dealing with CPS. When they have made the decision to take a child, they try to find a family/fried to place before allow the child fully into the system. They usually don’t go to the mom 1st, So when they meet up with her, their sole purpose is to take the child and answer questions later.

Iliana is a very gullible young lady! Although her and Tone are legally married, she barely knows… yet alone knows his mother fully! Please encourage her to get her child back he is an infant and needs his biological mother! Liliana was raised in foster care, it will be unfortunate to have a cycle repeat itself. Hopefully her husband didn’t do something malicious to the baby because of the last interview.. I will definitely pray for her situation.

Why now after the DNA results shows he's not the father? Some moms don't want the baby or start treating the baby different if they not with the kids actual father. This BS first all, I work for Cps for 20 year, they have to investigate, They just don't remove kids, Cps was call you just can't send him somewhere they have do wellfare check, and no social worker calling the mom, without seeing the child is BS, So really wheres the baby, hell no mother in law is full of it she has NO rights to that baby, This then Piss me off.

Exactly you have to be careful sharing your personal business online. Marcus way some way too personal private details of their lives and most time these people tell him their business. No dad has been proven therefore the only person that baby belongs to is her and is her responsibility. Until the child is proven to be josius baby then his family not doing nothing for someone they don't think belongs to them. There's a list of men to rule out first. His family has enough going on they don't need no added stress from her with a baby that might not even belong to josius. Legally the baby is hers no one else's
I’m not sure what to think, but I don’t think Iliana is telling the whole story. Sometimes I feel perhaps Tone & his mother might’ve set Iliana up, so they can get permanent custody & benefits then he will leaves her, but sometimes it looked like Iliana wants the baby to stay, which then makes me wonder if Iliana knows she’s slipping back into drugs and wants the baby to be already safe with Tones mother. I really hope & pray I’m wrong.
