Swap was done by : DWT Motors in Czestochowa Poland Originally the 190e had 2.0L with 4 speed auto. Now it has the 2.3 Kompressor taken out of my W202 that was 5 speed manual but I have decided to swap it for 6 speed from SLK R170.

I appreciated having some of the parts being labeled on screen I do my own basic maintenance , but have recently purchased a decent '93 190e 2.6 that has been fun and reliable, but no way I know the names of all the parts cold... yet....
Doing the same swap but a 5 speed auto. What engine mounts are you using and how hard was the harness to sort out? Any other major mods that you had to do?
Szukam jakiegoś swapu do swojego "projektu". Mam pytanie co do elektryki. Skąd bierzesz sygnał na predkościomierz i jak z systemami typu ESP, ABS? Masz to podpięte pod czujniki?
Witam licznik prędkości nie chodzi, prędkościomierz bede musial zalatwic od W126 ze względu na to że W202 ma prędkość wzięta z ABS a 190e od skrzyni. S klasa W126 z tej epoki co 190e miała już z ABS wiec jezeli chce aby w miarę oryginalnie to wyglądało muszę kupić licznik od W126.
I’m in the middle of this swap and the wiring on the 190e is a bit overwhelming. Do I remove ALL the wiring in the engine compartment? The loom for the m111 is straightforward. But the 190e loom looks to be integrated with other things.

Hi, I just bought a 190e 2.6 and want to stuff a m111 cause for me it's the cheapest option, I know m111 is direct to 2.3 model is it same case for 2.6L m103 model without fabrication to the engine mount holes?
Can i make a question to you? I have clk 200 136hp and i wanna put a turbo on it. What kind of injectors to choice? And am i must to remap the ecu or i can drive with the stock? I don't wont a 500HP.... Just maybe take little mor from 136 to 200-210!
Honestly my preferences are RWD cars with manual gearboxes :) Maybe one day if I own a high performance car that comes with paddle shifts, then I'll have that type of transmission in my car.
The engine came from my 1998 w202 and it had a 5 speed. The 5 speed would grind from 1st to 2nd when shifting aggressively at high rpm. So I bought a newer and stronger 6 speed.
Drive shaft was shorten and balanced. The diff still remains stock from the 2L. At some point (in 3 years time) I will complete this project and change the diff, brakes , suspension etc.
Nope, I've got the swap done in Poland. On Facebook there is a group called "W201 M111 CLUB" quite few people are from the UK. You should get some help with the swap there or at least they will point you in the right direction.

@@radeonGTAchannel I had (still have) C230 Kompressor and 190e I delivered both cars and 6 speed gearbox. They ordered extra parts /new parts and modified what was needed to make it work.

@@MacijPolishFighter Cześć. Interesuje mnie bardziej w jaki sposób jest zdjęta odcinka obrotów. Jeśli CAN nie ma informacji od ABS o prędkości to odcina podczas jazdy przy 4500 a u Ciebie chodzi to tak jak powinno :) I w jaki sposób pozbyłeś się tego problemu.
Zostało do zrobienia: Hamulce (W220 Brembo lub podobne) ,Zawieszenie gwintowane, Alufelgi, Pakiet Evo1 i zmiana koloru auta na czarna perle (taki sam jak komora silnika)
5 speed has longer gears which I quite like, but the synchro between 1st and 2nd would grind while shifting aggressively at high RPM. So I went with the newer 6 speed, it's a decent gearbox I can highly recommend it.
