NOTICE! A word to the wise for everyone, as I mention in a later video, all A fans are not the same. It turns out the one I had was for a late styled A, and it is bigger than the style of fan for this generation. I ended up having to cut the blades. So when you get a different fan to convert it, check the size against the original before you put it on! Thanks for watching!
You told us where you got the tube spacer from, but where did you get the other parts from? Did you have to get everything from several different places? I’m trying to get my parts together to redo my B and I’m seeing different pieces from different sites. Especially the end part that holds the felt in that you “destroyed” when removing it. I did that too. Lol
Congrats on the new addition! And not trying to be a stickler, and it may just be me, but on my 37 A the cupped side of the fan blades, or concave side, is facing the operator..is yours backwards? Or is mine?
