It's a 1951 Cadillac. The points on the bumper were often called "Dagmars" after a certain well-endowed actress around that same time. Yes Miller (and Meteor-Miller) were well known professional car upfitters. They eventually became part of the Wayne Corporation that was involved with making school buses and other professional vehicles. They were located in Piqua, Ohio. We got the tag, we can brag: 51 for 1951 model year, 8680 (I think, hard to read) for Series 75 Commercial chassis, FW for Fleetwood Body plant, West End Ave, Detroit, MI among other codes. Possible code 51 Chester Green exterior paint, although it appears that the paint and trim sections of the tag are blank as it is likely the final upfitter (in this case, Miller) would have done the final paint after upfitting.

I like it alot. I'd rat modify it into a yard car 4x4 with a nose off a early 80s fleetwood.
