A 1954-1956 Jaguar Type M Mark VII Saloon in the visitors parking area at RoverFest 2022 held at Church Farm, Weston Underwood.
Tried for a fifties feel at the start of the video, maybe it worked...maybe it didn't!

Dad had one in the 1950's that was our family car. It was modified with XK120 parts and rallied extensively, Monte Carlo Rally and others.

In the late 50s my grandad's boss had one, travelled in it from time to time when my grandad's A40 Somerset wasn't behaving itself.

hé hé, not a Rover!!! I understand you so well: she is a beautiful car! By the way I sold my 2 x 75 for a V8 4.2 S type and I don't regret it, or just the wonderful design of the rover!

I didn't speak to the owner on the day, so I can't answer that question.

@@JVChester I'm fairly sure that a near neighbour had it and sold it soon after acquiring it. I think I took a photo of it, but can't find it yet. I'll keep searching.

According to the MOT Check website it's shown as being first registered April of 2016.

@@JVChester Yes, that would fit in with when I saw it. I'll keep looking in my pc. Fab cars. I have a 1995 Daimler that I bought to remind me of our Mk VII. Nice video.
