Sweet Cream Cake
Ingredients for 2 9-inch cake pans or 1 13x9 (or slightly smaller) baking dish
Butter and flour for greasing the cake pans
3 large eggs
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 1/4 cups SIFTED all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Optional topping for the cake: a mixture of cinnamon and sugar
