OMG! I say "Hater's gonna Hate"! Sure there are lots of things that folks would do different, But Dang this "Chariot" is off the Rails people! The owner of this car put all his hard earned money into it, and it's his! He can make and choose anything or any Color he wants, it's His to Enjoy. I watched it over and ove like 3 times. my Heart was racing, I paused the video Umpteen times to make sure I didn't miss anything. Such Great Craftsmanship and so many details.Beautiful! Hand Built, Stand up and take a Bow! Super Excellent job putting this Great video Montage together of this Spectacular project. Oh and all you Nay-Sayers! if you don't have anything good to say, you shouldn't say anything! Thanks for sharing this with us HBC

Had several things I wanted to say about this car- ab covered it all pretty well. the hard stuff Kenny's Shop does today, the really difficult by tomorrow and the impossible (and some of the metal bending is very nearly that) by some time late the day after. the awards were all very well deserved- when do you go to Oakland or Detroit? Kenny, it looks to me your ready for them.

People are entitled to their opinions on these self glorification type of channels... Im not liking the color choice but certainly appreciate all the hard work involved. But they should rethink their color combo...

The grill should have been chromed at least it could have been done in a faded Copper shade but painted nah looks si cheapest bumpers grill trim inside against that glossy black should have been done in Copper Chrome MR. MANZ__!

Ive been a sub for a while, and I have to say, I have never seen a more dedicated and talented team in any shop Ive known of worked with, or visited. Anyone who loves working on cars at all, can watch these videos and learn so many valuable lost techniques, and thats precisely what keeps these talents alive, in a world of plastic parts and planned obsolescence. Such amazing work you guys do, there is likely few if any equals anywhere today in the custom one off world.

Yep, Trying to be a little different but after a great build that satin gold does absolutely nothing for that car but that's me. As long as the owner liked it that's what counts

Amazing build! From design, to fabrication, to paint - this build is totally off the hook. I've seen lots of RU-vid videos on custom built cars, but this one is my favorite. Brilliant! Do you think you'd every get up to the Coeur d' Alene, Rathdrum area? I'd love to see it in person.

The amount of metal fabrication done to this car and then to top it off to paint it black...is a HUGE testament to the unbelievable amount of skill that went into this amazing ride!!!!!, I'm not a fan of the color choice on the bumper and grill..but hey..to each their own!! Awesome Awesome job guys!!!!

the build looks really well done, and it's no doubt an amazing ride, but holy smokes that is the worst paintjob/ color combo i have ever seen; personal opinion off course.. I'm aware alot of people will not agree but to me the color sceme, combined witht the way too modern rims in same terrible Matte Khaki is just a NO NO for me.

These old Hudsons used to kick major butt on stock car tracks with the 308 ci straight 6 with Twin H power, two one barrel carbs making 185 hp. They rode like a dream and had 3 on the tree with overdrive. The Mercs of the day were more popular.

Our family was a Hudson family and 1951 was THE year for Hudsons. We had two Hornets, a super six a commodore 8 and six and a Pacemaker for communing.....

What an incredible work! Our landlord had a Hudson Hornet in 1959. It was just like this one except it was maroon and silver and 50% rust!

You may add up all the man hours and dollars put into this ride, but that doesn’t really count. The vision of the owner as communicated to the engineering team and fabricators is where it’s really at. I saw many areas where some folks would never know that some spot on fabrication took place. This is an amazing piece of automotive art. The color scheme is perfect and that gloss black highlights some amazing fab work. The color scheme for the engine and the cold air intake, wow how cool is that. My compliments to y’all.

Very nice, but I would have gone with a chrome or black chrome grill, and stayed with the Viper red valve covers which I think would still have gone well with the intake manifold color choice. Love the wheels.

The work and effort put into this car was outstanding. The owner must be very proud of it. I wouldn't want it for myself because you can't do anything to a Hudson to make it pretty. IMHO.

Amazing quality of build. What grade of steel do you use for your panel fabricating? Is it standard 250 grade mild steel or some softer, more malleable metal?

I can certainly appreciate all of the amazing fab work that went into the car and i do like the way that the engine was detailed but those bumpers just don't look right on that car.

I liked the second set of wheels, the Polish solid wheels. That would set the car off black wheels are just a lazy wheel.

Most people do not have a clue as to what is involved when it gets down to cutting, fitting, designing, creating, making things work, fit and finish, then getting it all to accept Black.
