Just subscribed. Ive owned a dozen 55 and 56 fords. I always swapped in a FE. Mostly 352's. We still have a 55 ranch wagon. And We have a 390 from a 62 T bird to install in it.
@@MrGonein60 Thanks for subscribing to our channel. Im of the opinion that if Ford had came out with the FE in 1955 the tri five chevy's would not be as popular as they are today. The Y block was a dud. Im past 70 and always heard tales about fast Y blocks and so far I have never seen one. I had a 300 Hp 352 from a 59 police car in a 56 with stick and 411 gears. And I beat quite a few 327 powered chevys in a 1/4 mile drag race. I still have that engine. The bearings got worn and the rear main started leaking.
I admire your vision and agree that she has earned her looks and deserves to keep them. now as far as the amount of fuel you poured into the carb I would stand further back ....LOL
