Hey Check It Out! This one is a little long but very informative. Had a leaky gasket after the first Refurbish so I removed, disassembled and reassembled the transmission again! It never takes the second time around!
The GM overdrive i had in my truck had a shaft that pushed the low/reverse slider into neutral when put in overdrive . Also when putting overrunning clutch together it was necessary to use a rubber band to hold the rollers in position .
Great video! I have the same transmission in my 1955 Ford Club Sedan and really like its operation and gearing on the road. I run a 3.79 in the rear end.

@@robertsprafke9376 The transmission is working great! The shifter works much better now that it has been refurbished! The truck is running good but I ain't driven it to much yet. Just haven't had to much time to play with it. Didn't get much in videos of the install process but video should be coming soon. I'll be heading towards AR late Sept early Oct. Love to see you at Sam's place!
