As a little African American girl growing up it was so wonderful to see the beauty and talent of you Ms. Uggams, you are one of the black trail blazers, Like Barbara McNair, Lola Falana, Diana Ross, Paula Kelly, Dianne Carroll and all the other lovely ladies that made a great impression on me. I know there are many Broadway insiders who feel the same way about Audra McDonald being given too many undeserved Tony Awards. I think Kristen Chenoweth is wildly overrated also. Chenowweth who is just super perky and has no depth.
They put the show up against Bonanza which was difficult. After her show was Mission Impossible. I think they replaced her show with the Glen Campbell show?
