*Fantastic work Stephan!* 😁👍 You ran into some problems BUT you adapted and got the job done. That's what it's all about my friend. Happy wrenching to ya 🔧🔩
Looks like you have everything in the right place, I think your right once it's all solid it shouldn't make that noise! If so can always adjust the lower hinge & once painted some grease in the track & on the wheel will help a lot! The Jacking Points are pretty important. I'm sure you will get it, nice job Stephan!!
Hi Stephan, well as I say in mine experience it`s all about learning by douing🛠😉,so far so good it`s a very difficult restoration but you doing well👍🏻.Great progress.👏keep up the good work🙏🏻.Greetings.Hubertus🇳🇱🇳🇴🍀☮👍🏻🙏🏻🇨🇦
This was a great way to start the day! Great deciphering Stephan. You are making really good progress. I think after seeing your spot welder I’m going to have to invest in one. That seems to do a really good job, and it’s fast. Really great video brother 👍
Thank you my brother !!! Yes the spot welder is awesome. Extremely heavy though. Cant reach everywhere but the areas that you can.....It's a game changer
@@pstreetgarage7304 the old Ford is good, I'm in Richmond Virginia right now dealing with my mother. Her health is not doing well. So not sure what I'm going to be home and able to get working on it
Damn it I don't know why but RU-vid erased my first comment but it definitely seems to slide better the more you get it secured out of curiosity and again I know not until once it's been painted but is that track supposed to get a little bit of Greece or no
@@pstreetgarage7304 I mean honestly I was asking I'm not a Volkswagen guy at all so I know literally nothing about them but I do know just about every sliding door I've ever seen in his got some kind of lubrication in there lol
