1970 ROVER 2000 | MATHEWSONS CLASSIC CARS | 12TH & 13TH NOVEMBER 

Looks like my dad's old Rover 2000. Never forget us driving along a country road near Huddersfield, and coming the other way was David Brown in his Aston Martin DB 5 or 6 Shooting brake, never forget because he lifted his flat cap in respect as he passed

I owned three of these in my time, many decades ago, and they were a joy to drive and ride in.

I feel sorry for the disabled folk who due to some disabilities may prefer to have exclusive use of a designated facility. They certainly don't need extra usage which means them having to queue for longer, particularly if they have incontinence issues. Thanks as always for your appraisal of a very problematic issue. Love older cars, loads more character

Nice Rover, very stylish,. They always were a good car, different, comfortable and ahead of their time. Stainless steel, leather, aluminium. Rust can be a major problem. Good investment.

nice to see the spare wheel in the boot not mounted to the boot like so many p6 models i bet the holes in boot were to do with spare wheel on boot

MOT history not too " lovely ! " underbody rot !

'lovely' x 60 times - Surly that's up to us to judge! It would have been far more useful to actually tell us some facts and specs while showing us around, instead of constantly repeating how lovely it is. . Is it any wonder 2nd hand car salesmen are shunned.
