I have this Mach 1 car in the same color code light metallic pewter but instead with the 383HP 351 cleveland 4v w/ C6 automatic transmission, A/C and folding down rear seats, standard black interior, but I bought the rimblow steering wheel to give it that hefty feel while driving it.. I love it so much it's indescribable beauty is out of this world in person even in it's unrestored condition :)
@timeaxis1, BULLSH*T. 1971 Boss 351 Mustang was 330 HP, and only a 4 speed transmission. No Ford 351c came from the factory with 383 HP. BTW, the rear seat was a single seat, not dual seats.
Mr. "FALSE" is completely wrong. 1971 Mustang Drag Pack cars came with a 3.91 traction lock or a 4.11 detroit locker differential. There was no oil cooler with the 429 SCJ in the 1971 Mustang (only the 1970 Torino).
FALSE. This is a 429 CJ, with ram-air car. All 429 SCJ drag-pack cars came with engine oil coolers which this car does not have. 429 SCJ Drag-pack was also only 4 speed manual transmission and 4:30 gears Detroit Locker rear differential.
Went bye bye at 3:21. Automatic.I just fell out of love. Mine looked just like this one, except I had the 351. Not bad, but the 429 would have broken the bank for me.
