Just a incredible job Ken and crew. What a machine. 💯👍👍👍👍👍👍. Same here my first bike was a GT80 too. My brother bought the last one from you Ken and I’ve riden it a few times. Just to let the chat know, when you get a motorcycle from Ken you will not be disappointed.

I also bought Ken's 1984 Honda CR 250.. Here's the deal - NOBODY is restoring these bikes, publicly riding and testing them on RU-vid for EVERYONE to see, and selling them.. There's bikes out there from this era.., but you have no idea what you're getting.. These guys rip these bikes apart.., then restore/rebuild/fix them.., and you get to SEE all that.. 🤘🇺🇸🤘

You're right. I just bought a 1985 Yamaha RZ 350 2 stroke Kenny Roberts Edition, restored from the frame up. She's definitely a runner and a Rippa! Fast as shit. Powerband is vicious!

😎 whenever I see that it makes me miss my old 1971 Yamaha DT one Enduro 250 The only things I couldn’t find for mine was the stock turn signals but I even had a buddy Seat that is strapped on over the rear fender that came stock oh yeah and I also painted it black because I couldn’t stand the factory color

This is a very nice bike. The first year production was 1970 , I sold mine a few years ago, they are stock with a high metal front fender and the factory expansion chamber. Also the head spark plug holes (2) are configured from front to back which is different from the enduro head cause they are side to side. I still have my 1971 factory mx, run the serial number and it will come up as a genuine factory mx. Yamaha offered a GYT (Genuine Yamaha Tuning) aftermarket kit that you could install but it's only a factory mx if it came from the factory. Also I noticed the two different bikes had different two piece front fender brackets because the triple clamp bolts were in different locations.

When I raced them, the 3rd gear would always go bad if I fell on the shifter side..hence, the folding lever. actually got a hole shot my first race!.. very good pull off the line.

The ole gyt kit. Back in the late 80's in my early teen's I didn't appreciate the old air cooled bikes of the seventies but I sure do now.

Awesome bike. The only thing that could be better is hearing the strait pipe gyt exhaust, they sound evil and run way harder.

We don't sell any of the Vintage gear because it's so hard to replace and we can't reproduce it due to licensing and trademark issues with the manufacturers I wish I could weed sell tons of them
