I give my thoughts and opinions on this classic airhead BMW while enjoying the backroads of the south of Scotland.

Lovely machines, a neighbour of mine waaaaay back had one, when I had a CZ 125, oh boy did I drool over his machine ? yes I did :) I saw these at the show and they are fantastic examples. Hats off to anyone who can get the brakes to work well BTW :) Cracking examples of excellent bikes form the "auld days" :)

Those Airhead boxers have always appealed to me, even more so since I read Elspeth Beard's Lone Rider. I've got a Guzzi V50 that I really enjoy riding and I feel like they're probably quite comparable machines. Great vid as always!

Nice bikes. You're a lucky man to be out and aboot with your dear auld dad. I'd give a LOT to be able to go for a ride with my dearly departed dad... Say, I think you should plan a trip to Tucson. You could make video reviews of my bikes! I have more than I should, and they seem to be multiplying!

Good video, I love old airhead BMWs but unfortunately I can’t get on with them, I do have a Morini 350 sport, a bit later than the one in the video they are a good classic back lane bike, see if you can get a go on one, you could have a go on mine but I am on the south coast so a bit of a ride down.

Thanks for the offer! I travel about a bit so if I'm down south I'll give you a shout. I like Morini. There's a few guys in the club who had them, really nice wee bikes.
