Part 2 installing heater core and air conditioning evaporator. Also put a new blower motor, and expansion valve. Sand blasted and painted the access panels. (Not filmed).
Evaporator is N.O.S. (New Old Stock).
Heater core is new.

Did you ever find a replacement heater control valve? I have the same problem with the old style and all the “new” parts have only one nozzle.

Does the evaporator goes first and then the heater core or does the heater core first and then the evaporator in front????

I’ve watched this 5x what a huge anxiety reducer you need a reality show Wished I lived closer Be great to pay u guys to do it right . How did you pressure test the evap.? Can’t find someone around DC who does that
