My dad bought a 77 Trans Am which I ended up with. Then he bought a new 79 Bonneville , I talked my sister into a 80 Sunbird hatchback. Then I bought another 77 Trans Am a Y82 special edition car . Loved them Pontiacs.
Parents owned a 74 Grandville with a 455 under the hood...that was a fun, luxurious and fast car!...flip that air filter cover over and let her growl!...
What they need to do is stop wasting all the money on the technology and safety bullshit nobody wants so they can keep Buick, Pontiac, Oldsmobile and Saturn.
I hear you. I understand some of the safety requirements, but the nanny controls and warning systems have gone too far. And Saturn could have worked if GM wasn't so focused on trucks and SUVs. There's no reason they shouldn't be able to compete with Toyota and Honda on small, economical cars.@@SnepperStepTV
