Youd get a combined title. It will have the chassis vin and cab vin stamped on the same title, it has to pass inspection and you can have the 2g gvwr rating @Making_Adventure
This is the only the second vid I found of dentside Ford on dodge chassis, and yours is the cummins. The other vid is a guy from Alaska, he did a 99 2500, with a gas engine and I believe 77 or 78 f250 cab and Box. Great job.
