Had a 76c white on white on red vinyl with factory power sunroof. My first car, and my god I loved her! Always smile when I see the Radial Tubed Suspension thing on the dash.
My childhood buddies step-dad had one of these I don't know if it was a 76 or 77 but it was all black and super fast! He had that thing built til the hilt lol this is cherry!!!!🤌🏼 being born in 77 it sucks that the only 77 model car I like is the trans am and cadillac coupe deville 😁
Not a big fan of the two tone paint on this era of GM, but at least it has the 400 and not the 301.... and I'm assuming the cat was taken off and it was converted into a true dual exhaust. I'm a weirdo and prefer the bench seat with a column shifter over the buckets with a console.
The 301 wasn’t available in 76. The 400 was optional as was a 455 in 76. Base engine was a 350 for the first time in a GP. All years prior it was a 389 from 62-66 and 400 from 67-75. The 301 was standard for 77. The 350 and 400 became optional as the 455 was discontinued.
@@mikee2923 You're correct. I forgot 75 was the last year for the 301. The 350 was a little better than the 301, but still not as good as the 400, even in a more detuned package.
@@Nebulasecura Bench seat with a column shifter is iron clad old school. Buckets with a console is cool. but a more modern feature. I just like the bench better.
