I remember when this commercial first aired on T.V. , the producers ask Farrah what color of horse she wanted to ride in the commercial , she said she wanted the horse to be the color of her hair.
Memories of getting my hair washed on the weekend, I was too young to understand who she was, I just saw the bottle and knew it meant getting my hair washed/dunked in the old-fashioned sink with a nozzle too low to stick my head under, lol

@@lidiasilva4784I'm a 68 year old male, and I remember using it back in the 70's, for all the reasons you noted. I've never found anything since that has been even remotely comparable to it. Another good one was the original herbal essence, but like everything else, they managed to ruin it too. It was reintroduced later under a slightly different name, but it wasn't the same formula as before, and went nowhere. Some things just can't be improved upon and should be left unmolested! Oh well.

Yes, except for the fact that vitamins, minerals and protein were just marketing BS. They don't do anything to improve hair health by simply sitting on top of the hair shaft. Those nutrients need to either be in food or in a supplement then processed internally to be of benefit. Otherwise, it's a lovely commercial and I don't fault Farrah for the claims in the ad.
I don't know, but I used this shampoo years ago and my hair always looked great. When it was discontinued I had one bottle left and totally milked it to the end. After all these years I always think of that shampoo. Years have gone by, my hair is older, but in good shape. Wish I could get my hands on a couple bottles of it today. That same formula. Always wondered atbthe time if they may have used the formula in another shampoo and just changed the name and packaging. Today they would change the formula and have the bottles half the size and charge a huge price, it just wouldn't be the same. Can't go back 0:30
