I went to this game, remember it well

ricky villa scored some memorable goals for spurs but this one against palace always seems to get overlooked. good to see this upload so that people can enjoy that goal again

I was at that match. Spurs fan. What I find fascinating is the change in the accents of the chanting fans. I guess it's the influence of a changing demographic. They do say that cockney is dying out.

I was a 14 year old Palace fan with a spurs mate standing on the holmesdale end. Spurs fans were everywhere but no trouble unlike arsenal a few weeks later which was full on fighting before during and after.
