Everything torqued to spec by the book with all new high quality brand name parts and proper installation procedures and yet I've had brand new cams wipe themselves out during break in, had brand new head gaskets start leaking after 1000 miles, rear main seals start puking oil after a month etc .... 😂 Any who, enjoyed the video as always my brother!
I had a 6.0 threw me for a loop, same intermittent no start. No ficm sync. Crank sensor wires ohmed out perfect everywhere. Did a pin drag at the pcm, they were slightly loose. Managed to catch it in the act and confirm that was was the problem. I’ve had it a couple times since always the first place I check now!

Always reuse your cummins head bolts, torque it down with the half inch impact, never deck the block or head and built it in the back yard in the dirt. They absolutely love it. Don’t burn diesel in it, just straight used oil of all varieties and give it all of the boost and egt’s. The engines love it. I built one properly and one like I described, the one I built properly blew a head gasket
