1979 World Series - Pittsburgh Local Coverage 

1979 -The last time the Pittsburgh Pirates won a World Series. Much local coverage by KDKA and WTAE. There is also some coverage of the celebration in Market Square. Also a brief clip with the 1979 Pittsburgh Steelers interviewed by David Susskind on PBS. The thumbnail photo was taken at the rally in Market Square in 1979.
