I find it surprising how familiar this 2 speed gearbox is. The mechanism seems very similar to the puch za50 2 speed in my Magnum MKII. I assumed that Suzuki would have went a different route, but it seems that the dual clutch setup was the most straightforward design...I Generally think a variated CVT setup is superior for power output, but after riding my magnum over 2000 miles in the past 4 years, i do not miss the constant fiddling and troubleshooting that a variated pulley setup requires. What expansion chamber did you decide to use?

Question for you, you made a comment in this video that the only reason why you're doing all this is due to the bike seizing a million times. I'm also having the same issue with my bike. I've replaced every single seal besides the left side transmission crank seal. I've jetted higher than the bike and needs to the point that it's sputtering with too much fuel at low RPM but once up to speed 25 or higher you can start here in the Piston scrape the walls. I have even upgraded to the 60cc kit thinking that my old jug was compromised. Nothing has worked. You said that the main crank bearing was toast but it did not have much play in it would that still cause seizing issues in the bike? Could that be my issue is what I'm asking? Also that nut that you said you need to torch off on the transmission side to get the crank out of the bike. Last night I literally shoved a little metal rod through my piston Rod just like you did to remove the stator side flywheel in the past video. I did not heat that nut up at all and with a quick is Zapped with a normal impact drill don't even think I had to press the button fully that not came right off. So I was kind of hoping since I'm all the way down to being able to remove the crankshaft itself how would you have done it? I see the manual shows a crankshaft removal tool but I would rather not purchase it what other options would I have? I would like to replace that transmission side crank seal because I do feel like I might be getting a smidge bit of oil in the crankcase. And like I said I've also replaced every other seal and gasket on the bike so I'm just praying that this is the the problem. I've seize multiple Pistons I'm so sick of it. I'd appreciate any information or help that you can give me. If you think it's just the crank bearing on the stator side it very well could be I know it's gotten hot. Or I would like to say it has. I do have a temperature gauge on the spark plug head of the bike it usually seizes at like 320 degrees so that's also a concern of mine the bikes not even that warm when it happens. Oil injection was deleted by the previous owner I just run mixed gas. I've even gone a little heavy on my mix 40 to 1 hoping it would help but nothing

I replace the stator side crank seal last week. Took it out for a ride thinking that was going to be the fix. Same thing was happening. It smoke good while it's sitting at idle but as soon as you start riding all that goes away. And for the first time I felt like I had a little bit of dark oily residue in my combustion chamber after I took it apart from doing that stator side crank seal which makes me think it would be drawing harder from the transmission side but then again maybe just a coincidence

I'll say what I choose to say. I'm not exactly depending on ad revenue to survive, and I don't need the approval of others to feel good about myself. And what did I say anyway? I didn't think I swore much in this video.
