Another great video! Thanks for explaining the importance of matching die marks. It sure helps to weed out the "Buck Fever" all us noobies are experiencing right now LOL.
I've only watched two videos of yours and I've picked up on several things I haven't learned yet in the past year of watching these coin videos!! (mainly pennies) Welcome to utube bro!!!
Well I am just starting to go through the 80’s pennies. Thought I knew about the 82’s but not everything 😊 this will keep me out of trouble for a while. Thanks Daniel
You are simply the best ! So appreciate you, sharing your knowledge and your time !! So happy I came across your videos ! THANK YOU & God bless you sir !

You ant going to believe this but the one coin you really went over, the 1987-D. I actually had one, that had all the Die marks, that was so cool THANKS SIR
Mr Daniel I watch your video on the close am pennies I have around 300 close Am? what to do with them it cost so much for grading I also had paid for membership with NGC
Thanks. I enjoy doing them as well. I will finish up 2000 to 2009 next. Seems other subscribers like them as well. So I will do these fr other denominations.
What I respect about you is the Revis no yack yack. You are not in love with the sound if your own voice like many of the leading coin channels.. you get right to what is important . Plus the details that are important.. thank you.
I absolutely love your channel. You, by far are the most knowledgeable coin channel on RU-vid. There are a few others I like but yours is the best. With that said, I just started my coin journey the end of November of last year. Well, today I was looking through the pictures I took of the pennies I went through last night. I still don't know much about pennies but this 1986 D pennies blew my mind. The first thing I noticed in the picture was his neck looked kind of funny. I just so happened to look at the date and you can barely see date because of how the picture was taken. I said to myself, is that a 6 inside of the 6 and yes it is. I hope you read this message and I hope I get to send you a picture of it and you can let me know what you think. I've tried to Google this and have come up with nothing
You need to watch my video on no mint errors. It is normal for coins to NOT have a mint mark before 1979, it means they were struck at the Philadelphia mint. The Philly mint did not put a mint mark on coins before 1979. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dqtqq_QeMYk.html

Big hair! Lol. Yup, the smell of Aqunet. Lol. Did not know about the last year of the RPM...interesting. Another great video. Yeah, the 80s were a mess. Especially The Philly mint. Awesome awesome video!!! You did it again!

Search Heritage sold coin auctions and look at the error category. If you don't see it then it's more than likely just damaged and not an error. Error coins are well documented and there's an image of every mint error type. Try error-ref.com as well.
I found a 1989 cent with the D (Denver) under the 8# very very close under the date1989.I also went to a flee market today and bought me some coins, Real cheap to add to my collection.
I know I get coins that people's already checked. You just know they have. And then you find that one or two coins. Maybe meant for me. God does that to me. And you find out they've missed a nice 60s coin cause it looks to new or a small date or die , close date .... Missed it guys! It's an awesome feeling! Hahaha
I hate too share this information with my son, the pennies are out of control, I've created a monster. 😄 these pennies are for young guys you need blind determination. Thanks Brother, helpful info, Just kidding, love everything about the penny and varieties.

Here is a good one... I just got out of karate class and went to Mcdonalds on the way home. I got my change and in it was 9 just minted 1968' S penny's. I put them in my collection as soon as I got home and I still have them 😀.
Dan, I wanted to let you know, I've found a penny that has been "Struck Through" on it's obverse side, making the lettering across it's obverse surface illegible. No lettering, no date, nothing! Except for the silhouette of Lincoln's bust, you wouldn't know it was a Lincoln cent at all. The reverse of the coin is quite clear, with the Lincoln Memorial being visible, as well as the wording. What makes this coin special is that it weighs 2.5 grams., and that its a "Copper Cent", not a Zinc cent. I was under the impression that there wasn't any copper Lincoln cents that weighed less than 3.11 grams, except for the Zinc version of the coin. yet low and behold, I have one in hand, and though I'd like to ask your opinion concerning this matter, however, I don't anticipate receiving a reply and will content myself with simply letting you know that such a coin exist. Once again, it's a Lincoln cent, with it's obverse struck through, it's reverse being legible, and it's made of "Copper", weighing only 2.5 grams. Nice catch wouldn't you say! I'm concerned with sending it through the mail for attribution, fearful of it being lost and believing it to be valuable. My only dilemma now is learning how to get it attributed and to the market for sale in that I do believe it to be one of a kind (A copper Lincoln cent weighing in at 2.5 grams). As a novice and not computer savvy, for me it'll be no easy feat. My only regret is that I can't send you a photo of it, I'd like you to see it, It really is quite interesting. Take care my friend, and thank you for all the info. Happy hunting !
This is amazing video that you have put out for everyone to see I appreciate your effort in doing this. I have a 1989 D Lincoln cent but it's doubled and I would put a high-grade at an ms-68 possibly that's just a guess however I'm just wondering is there such thing as a 1989d double die worth any money at all I don't need to know if it's worth a certain amount I just want to know if it's common to have a 1989 d double die thank you very much for your time
I have a 1954-D Uncirculated quarter the mint mark is almost filled in the bottom has what looks like two more Ds it actually looks like steps, also the inscription on the obverse side has a lot of DD, I started collecting last April and I started watching videos last August, now I check the Gray sheet, pics price guide, check sold prices, I even have a couple of local fellas that I sale coins to. I want to get some graded though, I have a 1939 World Fair token that is a commemorative of Washington's life that Roosevelt and a few others put together, it is very nice, I have the original card-board holder that it came in.
I'm pretty sure I've found a 1985 D Lincoln Penny struck on a copper planchet. I need to weigh it to be sure. Do you know of any 1985 D Lincoln penny examples of being struck on a copper planchet? Cheers. Love your channel
