I'm setting up my carb now and this is a great info source for the float. Although my carb seems to be missing that white plastic ring that goes on the brass 'nipple' on the membrane. Not sure if it's a vital part or not
Thank you, I’ve have some trouble with these carbs for years now and working on the float height, this video helps. Those membranes do really seize to the carb over time and I agree if it seems to be working no need replace it and pull it off.
