Shot clock was was used for the regular season as an experimental rule for the last year in the 1984-85 season. In 1985-86 it was a full time rule meaning it would be used for the NCAA tournament.
At 5:55 , you can see Bill Self lean his head down and you'll notice he's losing his hair 5:56 (major receding hairline). Poof , fast forward to Tulsa coaching and he had implanted buttons in his scalp to have the toupee attached. WOW. Today, lol, it's magic, he's got hair ...... just an ugly rug.
Bill Self is either wearing a wig or toupee or something now....the guy was almost bald as a 22 year old senior in college. Now he maintains a full coiff??
