As someone interested in the evolution and longevity in gymnastics, I compiled the results of Junior Eunior Europeans a few months ago. Then in November, I then stumbled into home video coverage of the 1984 event from Rimini, Italy.
In this video, we take a look at the Event Finals from that competition. Natalia Frolova, Daniela Silivas, and Irina Baraksanova were the individual event champions, and they all showed some stunning work.
I didn't plan on this video being so long when I envisioned it, otherwise I would not have done it in this aspect ratio 😪
