why would it be in the center console?

Most of the had the radio installed below the air controls and in front of the shifter

@@samwhite1345 maybe that is How they are in the US? this one is a Canadian model and was automatic.

@@Barret_Radtke mine is also automatic which isn't very common in the US does it mean mine is a Canadian model? But in mine where your stereo is that's where a compartment to put registration and license is

@@samwhite1345 probably not. i,ve also have 2 more 720s here 1 a 4x4 and another similar to my truck that was a manual transmission truck. all 3 have the same radio setup as mine.
